Marketing Coordinator
Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Principal, this role will play a crucial role in promoting Sancta Maria International School and enhancing its brand image. We are seeking a skilled professional with 2-3 years of experience in both digital and offline marketing. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the school in planning, coordinating between different stakeholders, implementing, and evaluating various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of School and Marketing Head to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, both online and offline, to promote the school’s programs and activities.
- Conduct online market research to identify key target audiences and their preferences, ensuring marketing efforts are tailored to meet their needs effectively.
- Working closely with the agency for running digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and support the admissions team in fulfilling enrollment targets by attracting prospective parents through various online channels.
- Coordinate with the agency to develop engaging and informative visual content that highlights the school’s academic programs, extracurricular activities, achievements, community involvement, Testimonies etc. on prominent Social Media Platforms- LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Agency to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Coordinating with the agency and the internal content writer for creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, such as website product pages, blogs, social media platforms, other physical content and newsletters, to attract prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements, both for print and digital media.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant tools and platforms and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to gather content, testimonials, and stories that showcase the school’s achievements and positive impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as admissions, academics, and events, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, exhibitions, open houses, and school tours to showcase the school’s offerings to potential students and parents.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as media agencies, advertising partners, vendors, and local community organizations, to maximize marketing reach and impact.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing will be a plus.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in marketing, with a focus on both digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, other social media analytics platforms, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels.
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing collateral and advertisements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Previous experience in the education industry or with educational institutions is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and techniques.

Parent Relations Officer
Job roles & responsibilities:
- Counseling parents/students regarding admission requirements, admission procedures, school curriculum and academic programs.
- Coordination of campus visits for parents.
- Follow up with parents who have visited the campus seeking admission to enroll their children.
- Maintaining and carrying out all correspondence with parents (welcome letter to new parents, mailing them Parent Handbook, sending them the User Id /Password for Google classrooms/Midspark, etc.
- Maintain student records (Data of students and parents, student’s health information, student withdrawal and fee related details)
- Maintain individual student files which help the school track all past and present information of each student.
- Preparing students ID cards and pickup cards once the admission is confirmed/ each academic year.
- E-mailing the Learning Outcomes grade wise for each term to the parents.
- PR is the single point of contact for all communication with parents regarding notifications about events and channelising communication between teachers and parents.
- Addressing all concerns regarding academics, transportation, health and other affairs concerning students at school.
- Follow up with parents for pending fee and sending them periodical reminders regarding the last date for payment of term fees.
- Coordinating the PTM’s being held at school and facilitate the entire process.
- Keep parents informed regarding the exam schedule and learning outcomes for each term.
- Issuing Bonafide certificates and Transfer certificates to students as per parent’s request and facilitate smooth exit of students.
- Updating changes in student contact information and informing the Admin. Dept about the same.
- Maintaining data with regards to subject selection (choice of musical instrument & sport), and choice of 2 nd and 3 rd language of each student.
- Maintain and update data with regards to students enrolled in the after school sports academy, Saturday academy, etc.

- Manage and coordinate with various universities for Student Career Counseling sessions.
- Allot students to sections/clubs and handover all student related information as per the section to the respective class teachers at the beginning of each academic year.
- Update Class Teachers periodically with regards to any change of parent contact information and all circulars mailed to parents.
- Coordinating adventure trips and excursions organised for students travelling within and outside the city.

Job Description:
Lab assistants aid science teachers with conducting practical sessions, processing specimens, and performing a variety of administrative tasks depending on the nature of the lab.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Examples of key duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature.
- Sets up the laboratory for science demonstrations and exercises; distributes and arranges equipment, models, and other related materials.
- Assists in the operation and maintenance of labs; participates in the planning and implementation of exercises and experiments; implements new or modified policies and procedures.
- Tutors students individually and in groups in problem areas related to instructional subject matter.
- To maintain dead stock and register of consumable materials and to undertake physical stock verification of Laboratory materials.
- To maintain departmental files and records.
- May order or arrange for the ordering of lab supplies and equipment; receives, stores, issues, and maintains lab supplies and equipment.
- Prepares, tests, adjusts, modifies, maintains, calibrates, and operates a variety of laboratory equipment; troubleshoots problems and makes minor repairs and adjustments as necessary or arranges for service repair.
- May prepare reagents and solutions specific to the science area assigned, using established standards.
- Demonstrates the safe and proper use of laboratory equipment and hazardous or bio-hazardous materials to students.
- Implements departmental policies and procedures regarding hazardous materials, health and safety, and hazardous waste regulations; enforces laboratory safety procedures, routinely inspects and/or tests safety equipment and supplies.
- Responds to laboratory emergencies including injuries and spills of hazardous or bio-hazardous materials.
- To oversee maintenance of live specimens /preserved specimens/ instruments/ glassware etc.
- May attend departmental and instructional meetings; organizes special events and completes special projects as assigned.
- May direct the work of teaching assistant students.
- To perform any other work/duties as and when assigned.
